International Students are advised to apply for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarships 2025-26 in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan Government Scholarships Financial Coverage:
A Fully Funded Scholarship for International Students is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Azerbaijan Scholarships 2025-26, which will cover the following expenses.

Eligibility Criteria For Azerbaijan Government Scholarships:
There are a variety of requirements for the Azerbaijan scholarships for students who wish to apply for the scholarship. These requirements must be fulfilled by all students.
- The student must be a citizen of one of the non-aligned countries’ member states or of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
- Applicants must be under the age of 25 for a bachelor’s degree.
- For Undergraduate programs, 12 years of Education is required.
- For Master’s Programs Bachelor’s degree should be completed.
- For Doctoral Programs Master is required.
- Under 30 for a master’s degree, and under 40 for a PhD
