International Students are advised to apply for the Hurford Youth Fellowship Program in the United States for the 2024 session. The Harford Youth Fellowship Program seeks to develop leadership skills and harness the potential of young activists for democracy around the world. At the World Movement for Democracy Secretariat, young activists participate in a three-month program where they strengthen their global connections, share experiences with peers around the world, and contribute to the development of the global movement for democracy.

If your final education is in a language other than English, IELTS is not required for this scholarship. The Hurford Youth Fellowship Program 2024 is a program that covers all costs of the entire program. The Harford Student Exchange Program is a leadership development program for students. Hurford Youth Fellowship Program in the USA 2024 is a Fully Funded Exchange Program for International Students. Details of the covered expenses are given below:
