Eligibility Requirments:

Eligibility requirements for Kazakhstan Government Scholarships 2023/24 are as given below:

• For entry into Kazakhstan, foreign students from nations not included in the “Visa-FreeEntry” section require a student visa (C9).
• This kind of visa allows for numerous entries into Kazakhstan during the course of a single year.
• Visa shall be renewed each year.
• Upon receipt of the invitation letter, the applicant submits all the documentation to Kazakhstan’s Embassy/Consulate abroad where he/she plans to obtain a visa.

• Previous Educational Transcripts
• Letter of Motivation in English, Russian, or Kazakh language
• Invitation Letter from the Kazakhstan University
• A Medical Fitness Certificate containing the findings of a therapist, neurologist, and psychiatrist, as well as information from a fluoroscopic X-ray, laboratory tests, and a medical certificate issued by the national health authority of the applicant’s home country confirming the absence of HIV infection and AIDS.

  • a minimum TOEFL PBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 453 is required.
  • German: Deutsche Sprachpruefung fuer dem Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau B2/level B2), TestDaF-Prufung (Niveau B2/level B2).
  • TCF (Test de connaissance du français): at least 50 points; DELF (Diplome d’Etudes en Langue Français): level B2; DALF (Diplome Approfondi de Langue Français): level B2; TFI (Test de Français InternationalTM): not lower than B2 level in reading and hearing portions.
