Scholarship Coverage:
The full funding of the Nanyang University Scholarships in Singapore pays for nearly all living and educational costs. However, whether you receive more or less scholarship funding the following year will depend on your academic standing. For both national and international students, the Nanyang Technological University Scholarship is sufficient. For undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees, the scholarship grant varies. Below are some details:
For Undergraduate Programs:
- Full Tuition Fees will be given(after the Tuition Grant).
- Living Allowance: For Residence, an amount of S$6,500 per year will be given.
- Accommodation Allowance: Amount of S$2,000 per year for International Students only.
- Airfare of up to S$5,000 for Other Foreigners.
- Computer Allowance: Total amount of S$1,750.
For Master’s & Doctoral Degrees:
Nanyang University Scholarships in Singapore are first granted for one year and then renewed for the next year. For PhD degrees, the scholarship is valid for 4 years; for master’s degrees, it is valid for 2 years. Details are given below:
- Monthly Stipend:
- For Singapore Citizens amount to S$3,500.
- For a Singapore Permanent Resident, S$3,200 will be given.

Eligibility Criteria For Nanyang University Scholarships:
Applicants have to fulfil the criteria below to apply online for the Nanyang University Scholarships in Singapore for International Students:
- For Undergraduate Higher Secondary School education or equivalent to 12 years of education, should be completed.
- For a Master’s Degree, a BS (Hons) or equivalent at a Bachelor’s.
- For PhD Programs, a Master’s Degree is Required.
