To be eligible for National Tsing Hua University Scholarships 2026-27 in Taiwan, the following requirements must be fulfilled by the applicants at the time of application :
- International students outside Taiwan can apply for this scholarship.
- Good physical and mental health is required of the applicants.
- Students will be permitted only one scholarship to be received (whichever one is greater).
