NYCU/NCTU International Scholarships Financial Coverage:
All the Expenses of selected Students were provided by the government of Taiwan during the Study. International Students get the following benefits under the NYCU/NCTU International Scholarships 2025-26:
1) If you are a student in the undergraduate program, you may be eligible for a monthly stipend of up to NT$21,000 (US$700).
(2) If you are a student in a Master’s program, you may be eligible for a monthly stipend of up to NT$22,000 (US$733).
(3) If you are a student of the Doctoral program, you may be eligible for a monthly stipend of up to NT$29,000 (US$966).
Duration: Up to 1 year
Renewal: Applicants for NYCU/NCTU International may apply after the first award year.
Scholarships for outstanding current students. Tuition reductions and/or cash awards are available for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students. The monthly stipends range from NT$21,000 (US$700) to US$22,000 (US$733) to US$29,000. Scholarships for existing students may be renewed and evaluated up to a maximum number of years depending on applicants’ academic achievement, research record, and other factors.

All the following terms and Conditions are fulfilled for the 2025-26 NYCU/NCTU International Scholarships.
- You must be a foreign student (other than Taiwanese nationals).
- To be successful, you must be mentally and physically fit.
- You cannot be a recipient of any other scholarship at the same time.
