Required Documents:

- A Chinese language or English language course is required.
- Certificates in HSK 4 for undergraduates, HSK 5 for graduates, and HSK 6 for doctorates (Chinese Proficiency Test) are only needed for programs taught in Chinese.
- An acceptance letter is also required. (If Available).

Shandong University Scholarships Eligibility Requirements:
To get the 2026-27 Shandong University Scholarships, the following terms and conditions must be fulfilled by the candidates which are given as follows:
- Programs offering undergraduate degrees are open to those who have completed their high school education.
- Applications for Master’s degree programs are accepted from candidates holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Applications for programs leading to doctorates are accepted from candidates holding a master’s degree.
- Candidates Have to Be Not Citizens of China.
- Candidates ought to be in good physical health.
- Candidates must be under 25 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree to be considered for undergraduate or bachelor’s degree programs.

- Step 3: Complete the CSS Form and attach the documents listed above.

- Step 5: The student or applicant must sign the CSC application form, scan it, and upload it to the system.
