- Graduate scholarships cannot be transferred to another applicant or exchanged for cash. Instead, they must be awarded in the form of a full or partial exemption from tuition expenses for the specific programme and term.
- The recipient is responsible for paying all fees and expenses that are not covered by the graduate grant, including but not limited to the appropriate semi-annual Medical Plan cost.

Eligibility Requirements For UCSI University Scholarships:
To be successful for UCSI University Scholarships 2025-26, the undermentioned criteria must be fulfilled by the candidates:
- Applicants must be foreign or domestic students
- Applicants must be accredited to the degree program in Foundation, A-Levels, Certificate, Undergraduate and Postgraduate.
- Have their pre-qualifying research program completed;
- The award is eligible for the different courses offered at the University for Foundation, A-Levels, Certificate, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
- Either a domestic or international student at the time of enrollment and admission;
- Had any research experience done
