University of Malaya Scholarships Financial Coverage:
Universiti Malaya (UM) 2026-27 Scholarship is a full scholarship program which will cover a full tuition fee waiver for seven semesters. The details of covered expenses are given below:

Eligibility Requirements For University of Malaya Scholarships:
To be eligible for the University of Malaya International Student Scholarships in Malaysia for 2026-27, students must fulfil the undermentioned eligibility criteria:
- The age of the applicants will be less than 30 years at the time of application.
- The minimum academic qualifications required to apply are as follows:
- A bachelor’s degree or other degree equivalent to this from a recognised organisation with a CGPA of>3.70 is required.
- A Master’s degree by research/ Master’s Degree through mixed mode
(coursework and dissertation) Honours with a minimum CGPA of 3.70/4.00 is required.
- Overseas students must take English language examinations:
- IELTS with a score of at least 6.5; or
- TOEFL 73-93; or
- CEFR B2 Note: The English test is valid for 2 years from the date of the exam.
- The applicant is not receiving any other scholarship from any other organisation or party.
