Award Benefits:
Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2024/25 is a Full Free Fellowship Program for International Students. The Doctoral Fellowship will cover the following:
- A HK$325,200 (about US$41,690) yearly stipend
- A HK$13,600 conference and research-related travel allowance

Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme Application Deadline:
The deadline to apply for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2024/25 (Fully Funded) for International Students is 1st December 2023.
Apply Procedure For Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme:
Before applying for PhD admission to their preferred universities, qualified applicants must first submit an Initial Application online via the Hong Kong PhD. Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) to acquire an HKPFS Reference Number by December 1, 2023, at 12:00:00 Hong Kong Time.
STEP 1: Submit the application firstly to research gran council:
Applications will be accepted after September 1, 2023, at 12:00 noon Hong Kong time.
