Scholarship Coverage:

All the Expenses will be covered by the Indonesian Government KNB Scholarships Such as: 

• An amount of IDR 1,500,000 will be provided towards the settlement allowance upon the arrival of new students.

Required Documents For Indonesian Government KNB Scholarships:

• A recommendation letter from the Indonesian Embassy within the respective country, issued within the same year as the application.
• Nomination letter from the respective government official (Ministry of Education, other related agency – should the applicant work for the government agency or Embassy of the Applicant’s Country of Origin in Indonesia)
• Two academic recommendation letters.
• Scanned a valid passport (personal data page only)
• Scanned bachelor’s certificate and academic transcripts (in English)
• Scanned TOEFL score certificate (or the other English Proficiency Tests) obtained within the last 2 Years
• Scanned Official Medical Statement (Official diagnosis) prepared by a licensed physician, issued within the same year of application.

Indonesian Government KNB Scholarships Eligibility:

The eligibility  for the 2026-27 KNB Scholarship is the same for all Candidates: 

•  The maximum age to apply for the scholarship is 35 years. 
•  Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree approved by the relevant Ministry of Education and Culture (Master’s holder)
• Applicants must have a minimum TOEFL IBT score of 80 or an IELTS score of 6.0 (or other English proficiency tests of equivalent value). 
• Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.25
• Applicants must complete the online application form and fill it in. When leaving for Indonesia, successful candidates must sign the statement letter and the scholarship agreement drawn up by the KNB scholarship management.

The Closing date to apply online for the Indonesian Government KNB Scholarships for 2026-27 is 31st March 2026 for International Citizens and applications will start in early February 2026.
