The Dutch Government Orange Knowledge Program Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship Netherlands. The goal of this Holland Government scholarship is to encourage the growth of the capacity, knowledge and success of both individuals and organizations in the fields of higher education and vocational education and training, as well as in other areas linked to key topics in different countries.

On July 1, 2017, the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), a new initiative from the Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP), began its new process. The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) aims to enhance the global village and support the sustainable, equitable growth of local communities. International students and mid-career professionals in certain nations are eligible to apply for OKP Netherlands Government Scholarships.
